Discovery call
A free 60-minute call. We talk through your goals and your current stack, and agree on what success looks like. You get a written brief within two business days.
Proposal & SOW
A statement of work that lists the deliverables and milestones and sets the price. You sign off before any code is written.
Build & demo
We work in two-week sprints with a live demo every Friday. Security is set up in the first sprint.
Launch & handoff
We deploy, get QA sign-off and hand over documentation. At launch you can take the code, accounts and domain outright, or we run it for you on a monthly retainer.
