Is the audit free?
The website health check is free: Google’s own speed test runs in your browser, and if you send us your score a real engineer replies with your three most impactful fixes — no obligation, no mailing list. A full audit and the fixes themselves are fixed scope at a fixed price, agreed before we start.
What does the audit look at beyond a speed score?
The score measures speed. Our engineer review also looks at security headers, whether Google can properly find and index your pages, and structured data (schema) — the things that quietly cost rankings and trust even on a fast site.
What is the difference between a website audit and an SEO audit?
For most business sites they are the same review. Speed, security headers, indexation, and structured data decide both what Google can do with your site and how it behaves for visitors, so we check all four together rather than selling them as two reports.
Do I need Google Search Console?
Yes — it’s Google’s free dashboard showing how your site performs in search, and it requires proving you own the site. Many small-business sites were never registered at all. Registering and reading it is one of the things we handle in every build.
Are you SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO certified?
No, and we say so plainly. For regulated work we architect to the specific control, document it, and bring in certified partners where a certification is legally required — rather than claiming a badge we do not hold.
Do you work with clients outside Chicago?
Yes. Our clinic client Quantum Prosthetics & Orthotics runs our systems across locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Nevada. Chicago is our home base, not our limit.
