Karachi Chaat House

Karachi Chaat House is a busy restaurant on Devon Ave, and we built its website, online ordering, kiosk, menu screens and loyalty program. Delivery goes out through Uber Direct, the menu screens read prices live from the Square register, and a 100-inch storefront screen runs a promo loop.

Square is the source of truth for the menu and prices, and the server works out what to charge. A failed delivery is refunded and a failed release leaves the live site alone. The site sends an enforcing Content-Security-Policy with an explicit source allowlist, and on real visitors' phones it passes Google's Core Web Vitals (Chrome UX Report, mobile, Sep 4 – Oct 1, 2026).

Quantum Prosthetics & Orthotics

Quantum runs six prosthetics and orthotics clinics across three states. We built their website: a page for each real clinic, plain-language guides for patients, and a consultation request that asks for contact details only. Search Console recorded 1,555 clicks from Google between June 24 and September 28, 2026. The site is live, and our credit is in its footer.

ChaatPass

ChaatPass is SMS loyalty for South Asian and halal restaurants, and it's our product. It collects the diner's phone number at checkout, so the restaurant keeps its regulars instead of renting them back from the delivery apps.

Points are kept as a ledger. On October 2, 2026 every one of 420 member balances matched it. It's in pilot at Karachi Chaat House on Devon Ave, and the product site and the operator dashboard are both live.

Release checks

Every deploy runs automated checks during the build. If one fails, nothing publishes and the last good version stays up.

Script allowlist

The browser runs our inline script only if its SHA-256 hash matches, and loads other scripts only from our own domain and Google Analytics. Inline styles are still permitted.

Fonts and speed

We host our own fonts, so no font CDN is involved. This page scored 100 on performance in a lab test (PageSpeed Insights, mobile, single run, Sep 2026). A lab score is not a measurement of real visitors.

Access

Environments are kept separate. Access is least-privilege, and infrastructure is written as code.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Secrets stay on the server and never reach the browser.

Healthcare data

We hold no compliance certification (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO), and we say so plainly. Patient data (PHI) stays off public pages.

Monitoring

Uptime and error alerts go to someone who can fix the problem.
